These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and dhx4d. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use dhx4d. We enforce strict identity verification (KYC) and will permanently close any account found to belong to a minor, forfeiting all associated balances.
Each individual may hold exactly one active dhx4d account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice, and any bonus funds associated with duplicate registrations will be voided.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific terms — including minimum deposit, rollover multiplier, and expiry period — are displayed in full at the time each bonus is activated.
All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. dhx4d reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software (bots), collusion, chip dumping, and any form of fraud or bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds pending investigation.
dhx4d operates offshore under international licensing. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Registering constitutes your confirmation that it is.

Access to and use of the dhx4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times while your Account remains active:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. dhx4d enforces a strict 21+ policy globally. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account, conduct a full KYC review, and — if the suspicion is confirmed — permanently close the Account and forfeit all associated funds to a responsible gaming fund.
The Platform primarily serves English-preference players in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that:
Note on Indonesian Law: Indonesia's Public Gambling Act (1867) predates the internet and governs land-based gambling. Its application to offshore-licensed online platforms operated outside Indonesian territory is legally ambiguous. dhx4d does not represent that its services are legal in Indonesia and expressly places the determination of lawful access on the User. If in doubt, seek qualified legal advice before registering.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship, or those who have been declared legally incapacitated, are not eligible to hold an Account.
Individuals who have registered for a self-exclusion program — whether through dhx4d's own tools or through a third-party responsible gaming registry — are not permitted to register a new Account or access the Platform during the self-exclusion period.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms. If multiple Accounts are detected, dhx4d reserves the right to close all such Accounts, confiscate all associated balances, and void any pending withdrawals without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. dhx4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain reasonable security. You must notify dhx4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. dhx4d reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 to inactive Accounts once the balance falls below Rp 100.000. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity. Users will be notified by email before any such action is taken.
dhx4d is required to verify the identity and age of all members before processing withdrawals or allowing high-volume deposit activity. The standard KYC documentation required includes:
Standard KYC review is completed within 15 to 60 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Complex cases requiring additional documentation may take up to 72 hours. dhx4d will communicate any delays and outstanding requirements to the User by email.
If a User fails to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of a verification request, or if submitted documentation is found to be fraudulent, dhx4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account and freeze all associated funds pending investigation.
dhx4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Deposits are generally credited to the Account within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. All withdrawals must be directed to an account in the User's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be using third-party funding will be suspended pending investigation.
The Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any currency conversion costs incurred by the User through their own banking provider are the User's sole responsibility. dhx4d does not apply any internal currency conversion fees.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by dhx4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, as displayed at the time the promotion is activated. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount of eligible Wagers that must be placed before any portion of the Bonus Funds — or winnings derived from Bonus Funds — may be converted to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements at dhx4d range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount, as stated in each promotion's terms.
Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following default contribution rates apply:
dhx4d actively monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes on the same event), using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated Bonus Funds, reversal of any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds, and may result in permanent Account closure.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will be removed from the Account automatically without further notice. Unused welcome bonus funds expire within 30 days of activation unless otherwise stated.
All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market. These rules are published within each product section of the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a Wager.
dhx4d reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds or terms that are clearly the result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction, human data-entry error, or mis-pricing. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would recognise as an obvious mistake. dhx4d will endeavour to identify and correct such errors promptly and will notify affected Users.
Single-event maximum payouts vary by product category. Sports betting single-event payouts are capped at Rp 500.000.000 per Wager unless otherwise agreed in writing with VIP Account holders. Casino and slot maximum win caps are determined by the game provider's rules and are displayed within each game interface.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension or withdrawal at any time without notice — particularly in response to significant match events. Wagers accepted before a suspension event are valid. Wagers placed after an event that has been flagged as causing a delay in odds updates may be voided at dhx4d's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
All content on the dhx4d Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and data — is the property of dhx4d or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written authorisation from dhx4d is strictly prohibited.
dhx4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dhx4d operates the Platform on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability. dhx4d will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings or inconvenience resulting from Platform downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dhx4d's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dhx4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data — arising from use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if dhx4d has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
dhx4d shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any real-money Balance in the Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable responsible gaming cooling-off periods.
dhx4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if:
dhx4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dhx4d holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits dhx4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its interests.
